Fox-04 (10mg)
FOXO4-DRI is a D-retro-inverso peptide designed to disrupt the FOXO4-p53 interaction in senescent cells, investigated as a senolytic agent in aging and cellular senescence research.
Mechanism of Action
The D-retro-inverso modification confers protease resistance. The peptide competitively interferes with FOXO4-p53 binding, selectively inducing apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing proliferating cells in preclinical models.
Research Applications
- Cellular senescence and senolytic assays
- FOXO4-p53 interaction studies
- Aging and tissue rejuvenation research models
